How the base service price is calculated
Instead of placing every event into a guest-count package, future-event labor is calculated from the guest-service window plus the paid operational time needed before and after it.
The two operational hours are one paid hour before guest service for preparation and setup and one paid hour afterward for breakdown and cleanup, per bartender. The standard setup and equipment fee covers ordinary tools, equipment, and event preparation; it does not replace paid staff time. Existing approved quote snapshots retain their original version unless revised with owner approval.

Service time and staffing

Mixers, garnishes, ice, and serviceware
Mixers, garnishes, ice, and serviceware are not universal fixed-price add-ons. If you request them and they are operationally available, current quantities, product pricing, and responsibility are verified and listed separately. You may also provide approved items yourself.
